Hasibatak (Arabic for “your calculator”) is a free website that helps people in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf work out what they are owed and what they pay, and shows how every number was reached.
How we build our calculators
- We work from the official legal texts and government sources, and name the article or source next to each calculation.
- We show the calculation line by line, so you can check it yourself.
- We review each calculator when the rules change, and show the date of the last review at the bottom of the page.
- Calculations run in your browser. We do not store the numbers you enter.
- The site is available in Arabic and ten other languages used by workers in the Gulf. Translations are checked over time by native speakers.
